Active You! program

Active You is a program designed to help you establish good exercise habits and give you the knowledge to build your own programs with materials you have in your home.

In this program you will learn specific exercises for upper and lower body as well as core strengthening, cardio and flexibility exercises.

In addition you will also take home the ability to increase intensity when needed so your workout regime will always offer a new goal to reach!! It is a “hands on” type of course that will give you the opportunity to try various different exercises modified to suit you and YOUR needs.

Leaving this program you will have created your very own personalized exercise program for all areas described above. This Program is run by the FHT’s Registered Practical Nurse (RPN), who is certified as an Older Adult Fitness Specialist. This four session program (one class per week)  is what you need to take your next step towards fitness, health and vitality.
