Using fun activities and self-reflection in a group setting, the Craving Change™ program can help you understand WHY you eat. The program focuses on the WHY of eating. WHY do I seem to fall into the same traps with food? Why do I always reach for a certain food when I am stressed? Why am I overeating? Why is it hard to change.
3 weekly workshops focusing on a cognitive-behavioral approach to behavior change and increasing awareness of personal eating triggers. This program will run at different times and days of the week throughout the year. This program is open to rostered and non-rostered patients.
